At Seibel Kunststofftechnik, you will be right at the heart of things as a process mechanic: you will operate state-of-the-art injection moulding machines, monitor production, commission tools and ensure that our parts are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

Your tasks:

  • Setting up, starting and monitoring our injection moulding machines (1K/2K)
  • Optimising processes and cycle times
  • Ensuring quality standards (with CAQ support)
  • Documentation and production support

As a mechatronics engineer at Seibel, you will be responsible for the heart of our production – our machines, systems and tools. You will bring mechanics and electronics together and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Your tasks:

  • Maintenance, servicing and repair of our machines and peripheral devices
  • Support with the installation and commissioning of new systems
  • Fault analysis and troubleshooting during operation
  • Collaboration on technical improvements

Our tools are the backbone of production. As a tool maintenance technician, you ensure that they are perfectly maintained, repaired and ready for use – precisely, responsibly and with technical expertise.

Your tasks:

  • Maintenance, care and servicing of injection moulding tools
  • Carrying out repairs in the event of wear or damage
  • Assembly and disassembly of mould inserts
  • Documentation of the work carried out

As a shift supervisor at Seibel, you take responsibility for people, machines and production quality. You manage the processes in your shift, lead your team and contribute your experience to further develop our processes.

Your tasks:

  • Organising and monitoring production during your shift
  • Leading and guiding shift employees
  • Coordinating with work preparation, quality assurance and maintenance
  • Monitoring quality and safety standards
  • Collaborating on the optimisation of processes and production workflows
